Part Time Field Marketing Representatives
Job Summary:
Acquire sales appointment for the West Coast Solar Sales Team by meeting directly with home owners and arranging a free solar analysis for our sales staff. No experience needed! We will train.
Essential Functions:
-- Arrive at the office on time and fully prepared each day
-- Must adhere to established dress code
-- Able to walk pre-selected neighborhoods door to door each day

Knock on each and every door unless house displays signage prohibiting solicitors
-- If unable to make contact; must leave West Coast Solar hanger on that door. No door hanger can be left in the mailbox.
-- Must participate in group and individual practice sessions with a superior to perfect the presentation
-- Within two weeks of hire it is expected that the responses or rebuttals must be mastered
Qualifications
-- Basic language and communication skills
-- Polite, friendly attitude to deal pleasantly with customers
-- Able to respond with respect even when homeowners order you off property. At no time will you engage in any type of confrontation.
-- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Normal working conditions require a great deal of walking, standing and the ability to climb steps when needed.
Administration:
-- Must accurately record their start time and end time each shift; sign and turn in their Canvassing Daily Lead Sheet.
-- Keep neat, orderly and legible paperwork.
-- Comply with all company policies.
Environmental Conditions:
-- Requires outdoor work.
Commitment:
-- Part-Time
Experience Required:
-- None.
Travel:
-- Must have own vehicle and auto insurance.
Salary:
-- $8 - $12 per hour plus commission.
