Obtaining PG&E Usage History for Sizing of PV System

In order to provide you with an accurate size for your Solar System Bid, we will need your power usage for the past 12 months. Follow the link and instructions below to get that information from PG&E. This process should only take a few minutes.

In the box on the left under "Manage My Account" either:

1. Enter your username and password if you already have an account set up and click "Login".
2. Or, under the orange Log In box, click on "New user? Register here" to set up an account. You will need a copy of your bill to reference your account number and phone number. Fill in the information requested making sure to check the box that says you have read and agree to the terms. Then click on the "Submit” button. You will need your PG&E account number for the following screen. Enter the information required along with your telephone number. It is not necessary to enter your meter number as long as you enter your phone number. Click on “Sign Up” to finish your registration.

Now that you've logged in or have completed setting up an account, you will see your account page. On your account page click on "Billing" located right under the PG&E logo. A drop down box will appear.

Click on: "Usage History. Click on the "Usage" tab.

Click on the "View All" button in upper right in gray. Print this page. It should have 12 months of your electrical KWH (kilowatt hours) usage.

Or at the top of the webpage click File, scroll down to Send, then click Page by E-mail. You can also select all of the text to copy and paste it into an e-mail.
